また、今年はシュトレンの製造を見送ることになりました。原材料の状況や製造工程の都合など、さまざまな理由から、やむを得ない判断です。毎年楽しみにしてくださっているお客さまには、申し訳なく思っております。私たちも寂しい気持ちですが、パンドーロとパネットーネに取り組んでまいります。よろしくお願いいたします。

 

We’ll be offering a few Christmas-only breads this year—Panettone and Pandoro.  Both items will be available in the shop starting around December 5th, although we expect there may be times when they sell out.  If you already know you’d like to purchase one, we recommend placing a reservation.  Shipping is also available.  To reserve or inquire, please speak with us in the shop or give us a call. (Sorry, we can’t accept messages.)

This year, we’ve decided not to make Stollen.  Because of ingredient and production-related reasons, it was an unavoidable decision.  We sincerely apologize to those who look forward to it every year.  We feel sad about it as well, as it has been part of our holiday tradition, but we’ll be putting our energy into making Pandoro and Panettone this season.  Thank you so much for your understanding!
